Kappa Kappa Gamma is my HOME.
Most people pin Greek life, as a whole, as one big party, paid friends, and poor grades. Yes we have dues to pay, but that amount of money could never be compared to the lifetime of friendship that is earned. Yes we have socials and date nights with the Fraternities, but we also have grades to maintain. It is every houses goal to have the high cumulative grade point average on row and maintain that each semester/year. We also take pride in our community service for our philanthropy, which is Reading is Fundamental. We have book drives coming up in the next couple of months, and we also go and visit schools to read to the children. We collect new to slightly used books for 6-11 year olds at anytime and all you have to do is drop them off at the house or give them to a Kappa! Going Greek is one of the best decisions I could have ever made! |
